定义

道德过失指社会成员违反一定社会或阶级的道德原则和规范的行为，在道德方面不符合最基本的道德规范的行为或价值取向。人在生活中不免发生道德过失，现实生活中表现为人的自身精神世界的衰落、社会行为的混乱。依据不同的标准，道德过失可以分为不同的类型，依据行为者的意图，可分为故意的和非故意的、预谋的(出于恶毒意图或明知故犯)和非预谋的（出于对道德的无知或无意）（金炳华，2003：670）；依据行为者的类型，可以分为社会层面的道德过失和个体层面的道德过失。
