定义

壁画病害之一。表现形式是壁画白粉层及其上的颜料层发生龟裂，进而成鳞片状卷翘，甚至脱落，只剩下壁画泥层，严重者壁画损失殆尽。

Flaking: refers to the formation of cracks on the plaster layer or the paint layer and the resulting fragments which may fall off. It leaves parts of the plaster layer exposed and may even destroy the mural.
