Yingsu (Clay-Molding Sculptures)

彩塑艺术之一。以泥、细砂和麦秸做材料，用泥制模具（泥范）翻制，表面经过处理，然后敷彩。通常背面粘贴于墙壁上，正面作凸起壁面较高的浮雕状，主要用以衬托主像圆塑。

Yingsu (Clay-Molding Sculptures): made by mixing clay, fine sand, and straw into a clay mold, polishing the surface of the molded sculpture, and painting it. The back of such a sculpture is usually adhered to the wall, so on the front it appears to project from the wall as if in high relief. They are mainly built to form a contrast with the free-standing main statue.
