佛教经典，宣扬大乘菩萨道，主张可由行菩萨道而达不退转位，并宣称造像，造塔都可以利国利民，具有无上功德。

A Buddhist classic in praise of the way of Mahayana Bodhisattvas, advocating that practicing it will enable disciples to attain the avaivartika (a never-receding position), and claiming that the building of pagodas and statues is supremely meritorious to both the country and its people.
