定义

一般认为创造性是指个体产生新奇独特的、有社会价值的产品的能力或特性，故也称为创造力。新奇独特意味着能别出心裁地做出前人未曾做过的事，有社会价值意味着创造的结果或产品具有实用价值或学术价值、道德价值、审美价值等。创造性有两种表现形式：一是发明，二是发现。发明是制造新事物，发现是找出本来就存在但尚未被人了解的事物和规律。创造性由创造性意识、创造性思维过程和创造性活动三部分组成。在创造性的组成部分中，创造性思维是其核心。创造性思维又包含聚合思维和发散思维，发散思维是创造性思维的核心，它与创造性思维关系最为密切。发散性思维表现在行为上，即代表个人的创造性。发散思维有三个主要特征：流畅性、变通性、独特性（创造性.via：http://baike.baidu.com/link?url=xVyAy766si3oI1w0TAw71SlGWMVIrwBgOlzrP_296iNwSrrHbLv8iSROrIfKfgWjMlYnv7nrZyFjUYmCFMwsb_）。
