道教论著。从理论上论证了修道成仙的可能性，全面总结战国秦汉至魏晋间流行的各种成仙方术，包括服食炼丹、导引行气、房中固精、思神守一、医药养生、符篆禁咒等，尤其对炼丹术论述最为完备。

Taoism works. It argues the possibility of becoming immortals theoretically. It records the folk methods of becoming immortals from Warring State Period, Qin Dynasty and Han Dynasty to Wei and Jin Dynasties, including taking alchemy, promoting the circulation of qi, arresting seminal emission, integrating mind and spirit, maintaining health by taking medical care, drawing magic figures and etc. The recording of alchemy is the most complete.
