1.水过满，漾出来 over flow; brim over：河水～出来了 Héshuǐ màn chulɑi le. The river overflowed its banks. trans. 淹没 flood; inundate：水不深，只～到脚面 Shuǐ bù shēn, zhǐ màndào jiǎomiàn. The water wasn't deep. It only came up to my instep./ 大水～过房子了 Dàshuǐ mànguo fángzi le. The flood has inundated the house.
2.满，遍 be all over the place; be everywhere：～山遍野 mànshān-biànyě all over the mountains and plains; over hill and dale/ 大雾～天 dàwù màntiān The mist fills the sky.
