貧居鬧市無人問, 富在深山有遠親。

Lit [If a] poor [person] lives [in the] busy city center, no one [will] visit [him], [but if you're] rich [and live] deep [in the] mountains, [you'll] have relatives [coming from] afar [to visit you and ask you for favors].
