Shìfēi zhǐ wèi duō kāikǒu; fánnǎo jiēyīn qiáng chūtóu.

是非只為多開口, 煩惱皆因強出頭。

Lit Troubles only [come about] as [a result of] too much opening of the mouth; worries [are] all because of deliberately showing off.
