自唐宋流传至今的传统民间舞蹈形式。群众集体歌舞，舞人联臂或拉手，踏足而歌舞。歌舞结合．随歌曲节奏踏、跺、走、跳，并伴随一定的身体摆动，以下肢动作为丰。涑麈自由．随歌曲而定。

Handed down from the Tang and Song dynasties to today, this is a traditional folk dance, in which a group of people join arms or hold hands, stomp their feet, and sing and dance together. People stomp, walk, and jump to the rhythm of the song while swaying their bodies. Most of the dance movements, performed freely along to the music, are made by the legs and feet.
