定义

幸福观，是指人们对幸福的根本看法和态度，是人生观在幸福问题上的特殊表现，是人生观的重要组成部分。幸福观具有差异性、阶级性等特征，不同价值目标的人，其幸福观不同；不同阶级里、不同时代和社会条件下的人，其幸福观也不同，具有一定的阶级烙印。幸福观的主要内容包括：幸福的具体内容、幸福同道德的关系、实现幸福的途径等等。关于这些问题的讨论，伦理学史上各派思想家都具有各自不同的看法，论说不一。宗教道德和唯心主义哲学家的幸福观主张禁欲主义，把道德同幸福对立起来，认为幸福在于天国的理想，主张人们要忘掉现实的痛苦去追求天国的理想。而旧唯物主义思想家们则把幸福等同于道德，肯定人们追求幸福的道德意义。中国宋明理学的幸福观主张“存天理，灭人欲”，反对追求现世幸福，认为物质幸福是一种邪恶的、与天理不容的人欲，要求劳动人民对于现实社会的不公平逆来顺受，放弃追求自身应得的利益。在欧洲文艺复兴时期，思想家们一方面主张“幸福就在人间”，把幸福从虚无飘渺的天国拉回现实的人间，但另一方面又把幸福理解为单纯的感官享受和个人需要的满足，把追求个人幸福和快乐作为道德基础，过分强调物质生活的幸福，所以这一时期的幸福观即具有很大的进步性，又具有很强的片面性。共产主义道德学说中的幸福观本质上不同于以往的幸福观，因为其将个人幸福与集体幸福、物质生活幸福与精神生活幸福相结合起来，把彼此相对立的两种幸福纳入一个矛盾统一体中，“认为一切幸福生活，都必须是从劳动、斗争中创造出来的，也只有在这个前提下才能把幸福同道德连结在一起”，是科学的、崇高的幸福观（金炳华，2003：680）。
