Mizong Dance

敦煌壁画中的乐舞。见于元代第465窟。南壁三舞伎中之一，双手合掌高举头上，高抬右腿，使右脚勾搭于右肘部，这种高难度动作不但被舞剧《丝路花雨》所吸收，也运用于敦煌舞蹈基本训练教学。

A type of music and dance seen in Dunhuang frescoes, found in Mogao Cave 465 from the Yuan Dynasty. One of the dancing girls painted on the south wall folds her hands and raises them high above her head with her right leg lifted so high that her right foot can hook up her right elbow. These highly difficult elements are not only adopted in the modern dance drama, Silk Road, Flower Rain, they have also become basic skills of Dunhuang dance repertoire as well.
