定义

国家安全（national security）是国家的基本利益，是一个国家处于没有危险的客观状态，也就是国家没有外部的威胁和侵害也没有内部的混乱和疾患的客观状态。当代国家安全包括10个方面的基本内容，即国民安全、领土安全、主权安全、政治安全、军事安全、经济安全、文化安全、科技安全、生态安全、信息安全。在中国设有中华人民共和国国家安全部统一管理国家安全工作。2014年1月24日，为了进一步完善国家安全体制和国家安全战略，确保国家安全，中共中央决定设立国家安全委员会。国家安全研究甚至实际工作领域还有更多的概念需要从逻辑上进行批判性清理。例如，我们现在经常说到“传统安全”和“非传统安全”，就是两个难成立的概念。再比如，人们在定义“安全”概念时，多数认为它既是一种客观状态，又是一种主观感觉，这不但在哲学上有问题，而且在逻辑上也站不住脚（《国家安全》，via: http://baike.so.com/doc/3853326-4045729.html）。中国特色社会主义制度是中国人民根本利益所在，国家安全事关广大人民群众福祉。我国宪法旗帜鲜明指出，“中国人民对敌视和破坏我国社会主义制度的国内外的敌对势力和敌对分子，必须进行斗争。”对于每一个公民而言，维护国家安全，既是宪法义务，也是法律底线。每一个公民都要坚定信仰法治，坚决维护法治，用法治捍卫国家安全，守护我们和平安宁的幸福生活(《国家安全》，via: http://news.cyol.com/content/2016-08/05/content_13489064.htm)。
