　Four All-Embracing Virtues (catuḥ-saṃgraha-vastu)

定义

菩萨以慈悲心来摄取、护持众生，令其生起亲爱心而引入佛道、以至开悟的四种方法，即布施摄、爱语摄、利行摄、同事摄。

The four methods that bodhisattvas use to gather, protect and sustain sentient beings, to lead them towards love and guide them to the path of the Buddha, to ultimately open up their intelligence and bring enlightenment. They are: dāna, generosity towards others; priyavacana, affectionate speech; arthakṛtya, conduct which benefits others; and samānārthatā, cooperation with and compromise towards others.
