一作《刘家太子变》。古小说。作者不详。当是唐代民间作品。内容叙述前汉之末王莽篡位，刘家太子出逃，得到张老父子及一耕夫的掩护，最后得到太白星指点，兴兵复得父业。

Also known as The Story of the Royal Prince of the Liu Family; it is an ancient work of fiction with its author unidentified. It is believed to be folk literature from the Tang Dynasty. In the story, when the official Wang Mang schemes to seize the throne from the Liu family at the end of the Former Han Dynasty, the royal prince then manages to escape from the capital with the help of an elder surnamed Zhang, his son, and a ploughman; in the end, the prince defeats the rebels and regains the throne by following the guidance given by the deity of the Great White Golden Star (Taibai Jingxing).
