佛教经典。此经讲释迦牟尼为韦提希夫人说观想阿弥陀佛的身相和阿弥陀净土的无限美妙，教其十六观法，称专心念佛可灭罪消灾，并述九品往生法门。

This sutra recounts Gautama Buddha teaching Queen Vaidehi to perform certain valuable acts. He taught her to visualize Amitābha and the Pure Land in order to be reborn there; he also taught her about the sixteen meditations and the nine levels of birth; and he told her that contemplating Amitābha or calling his name could absolve sins.
