七言诗偈。P. 2376背。作者不详。全诗八句，似为配合该卷正面所抄《大佛名要略忏悔文》而作。

A Buddhist ji verse (gatha) in a seven-character sentence pattern recorded on the back of manuscript P.2376, with its author unidentified. It contains eight lines which are seemingly written in concert with “Repentance in the Great Buddha’s Name” (Da Fo Ming Yaolüe Chanhui Wen), hand-copied on the manuscript’s front.
