道教经典。内容大致为劝君臣应教民行善修德，以求“太平之福”，亦有求致神仙长生之道。与《太平经》的思想内容有相同之处。

This Taoist work intends to convince the ruling class to cultivate people and persuade them to be kind with each other for a harmonious society. Also, there are some methods of immortality practice. Some of the ideas in this book are similar to those in Taipingjing.
