道教经典。经文言元始天尊、太上道君等众神降临域外诸国土，讲说道法，济度群生。内容涉及科戒、罪福业报、斋法、伏魔等各方面。大旨教人行善去恶，受持禁戒。

A Taoist work describes the story that Yuanshi Tianzun, Taishang Daojun and other immortals arrived at foreign states to preach and enlighten peoples there. The content is about the regulations, merits and retribution, fastening and exorcism. Generally, it teaches people to treat with each other kindly and follow the Taoist doctrines.
