梦话mènghuà
1.睡梦中说的话。睡眠时抑制作用没有扩散到大脑皮层的全部,语言中枢有时还能活动,这时就会有说梦话的现象。{talking while asleep; somniloquy; words uttered in one's sleep, resulting from the working of the speech centre, before the inhibiting effect of sleep spreads through the whole cerebral cortex;}也叫also梦呓{mèngyì}或{or}呓语{yìyǔ}。
