梃tìng
1.杀猪后,在猪的腿上割一个口子,用铁棍贴着腿皮往里捅叫做梃。梃成沟之后,往里吹气,使猪皮绷紧,以便去毛除垢{poke an iron rod between the leg skin and the flesh of a slaughtered pig before blowing air into the space between the flesh and skin so as to separate them and pump up the skin for cleansing}:
