曲qǔ
1.一种韵文形式,出现于南宋和金代,盛行于元代,是受民间歌曲的影响而形成的,句法较词更为灵活,多用口语,用韵也更接近口语。一支曲可以单唱,几支曲可以合成一套,也可以用几套曲子写成戏曲。{qu; genre of verse for singing, originating in the Southern Song and Jin dynasties, and becoming popular in the Yuan Dynasty, derived from folk ballads, but more flexible in syntax than ci, and with more colloquialisms and spoken rhymes.
