善有善報, 惡有惡報; (不是不報, 時辰未到)。

Lit Goodness is repaid with goodness, [and] evil is repaid with evil; (it is not that there is no recompense; [it is only that] the time has not [yet] come).

Fig There is justice in the world, sooner or later.
