Mogao Cave 26: Painted Sculpture of a Seated Buddha

莫高窟第26窟唐代修建，五代、清代重修。西壁龛内有唐代塑趺坐佛一身，清代重修，另有清代塑像四身。

Mogao Cave 26 was constructed during the Tang Dynasty and later renovated during the Five Dynasties and the Qing. In the western niche is a statue of a Buddha seated cross-legged. The statue was built in the Tang and renovated in the Qing. Four other painted sculptures made during the Qing Dynasty can also be found in Cave 26.
