《辩证法唯物论提纲》，全名《辩证法唯物论（讲授提纲）》，毛泽东著，写于1937年，曾在《抗战大学》第6期至第8期（1938年4月至6月）连载。据以录入的中国人民解放军政治学院训练部翻印本，年代不详。第二章第十一节和第三章中的部分章节分别为《实践论》与《矛盾论》的最初版本，与后来的毛选版本有较多出入（辩证法唯物论.via：https://www.marxists.org/chinese/maozedong/1937/index.htm）。全书分为三章。第一章为“唯心论与唯物论”，包括四节，分别是“哲学中的两军对战”、“唯心论与唯物论的区别”、“唯心论发生与发展的根源”和“唯物论发生与发展的根源”。第二章为“辩证法唯物论”，包括十一节，分别是“辩证法唯物论是无产阶级革命的武器”、“旧的哲学遗产同辩证法唯物论的关系”、“辩证法唯物论中宇宙观和方法论的一致性”、“唯物辩证法的对象问题——唯物辩证法是研究什么的？”、“物质论”、“运动论（发展论）”、“时空论”、“意识论”、“反映论”、“真理论”和“实践论”。第三章为“唯物辩证法”，包括七节，分别是“两种发展观”、“形式论理学的同一律与辩证法的矛盾律”、“矛盾的普遍性”、“矛盾的特殊性”、“主要的矛盾与主要的矛盾方面”、“矛盾的同一性与斗争性”和“对抗在矛盾中的地位”。
