| 释义 | 张澍【英】Zhang Shu定义清甘肃武威人，嘉庆己未（1799）进士，曾选翰林院庶吉士，先后在贵州，四川，江南等地任知县。尤精于河西文献。 A native of Wuwei, Gansu Province. In 1799 he passed the imperial examination to become a jinshi (a high ranking civil servant). He first worked as an intern in the Imperial Academy and then served as a county magistrate in Guizhou, Sichuan, Jiangnan and so on. He was particularly skilled at the study of ancient Hexi documents. |
