民间婚俗图，新娘在举行奠雁仪式时坐马鞍，预示今后生活一帆风顺，莫高窟第25窟拜堂壁画中，有一马鞍。

A painting reflecting the wedding cutsoms in folk culture. When the Dianyan ritual (presenting of a wild goose by the bridegroom) is held, the bride should sit on a saddle, which is believed to symbolize the absence of impediments in future. A saddle is depicted in the mural of the bowing wedding ceremony in Cave 25 of Mogao Grottoes.
