The Six Guṇas

色尘、声尘、香尘、味尘、触尘、法尘。色、声、香、味、触、法又名“六处”、“六境”、“六贼”。

　The guṇas are sight, sound, smell, taste, touch, and idea. These are also called ṣayatana, which means “six places”,“six fields” or “six cauras” (robbers).
