伪实践是捷克新马克思主义者卡莱尔·科西克提出的哲学术语，在其著作《具体的辩证法》中，科西克指出，人们的生活实践具有虚假的性质，它们构成伪具体的世界。在感性实践活动的层面，实际上盛行的是一种拜物教化的实践。科西克指出，拜物教化的实践是一种异化的实践，与革命的、批判的实践有着根本不同。与此相对应，人的思维方式也表现出不同的方式，与革命的、批判的实践联系着的思维是一种辩证的思维或具体的思维，而“拜物教的实践”或“伪实践”相联系的是一种异化了的思维方式，是一种日常的、“伪具体”的思维，这种思维往往把认识局限在事物的直观表象上（程广丽，2016：70）。科西克还指出，人们生活的实践是需要被超越的，它最终必将被革命的、批判的实践所取代。在科西克看来，“伪实践”是一个功利主义的实践，是一个没有反思在内的虚假世界，要想真正还原人的真实面目，使人所具有的“现成的实在”的东西得以恢复，就必须对伪具体世界进行彻底的摧毁，以建构出具体的、实在的真实世界来（程广丽，2016：71）。
