Zheng (Chinese Zither)

定义

弹拉类板箱型乐器。亦称秦筝，古筝。由瑟衍变而来，比琴弦数少，一般为十二或十三弦。

A plucked string instrument with a flat body, also known as the qinzheng, or guzheng. It evolved from the se (a kind of zither) and has fewer strings than the qin. Usually it has twelve or thirteen strings.
