议会yìhuì
1.某些国家的最高立法机关,一般由上、下两院组成。议会成员由选举产生。{parliament; congress; legislative assembly; highest legislative body in certain countries, usu. consisting of two chambers — the upper house and the lower house. The members of the legislative body, parliament or congress, are elected by vote.}也叫also议院{yìyuàn}。
