草包cǎobāo
1.用稻草等编成的袋子。{straw bag; straw sack; bag woven with rice straw, etc.}
2.装着草的袋子。{bag (sack) containing straw;}〈比喻fig.〉无能的人。有的地区也比喻做事毛手毛脚、常出差错的人{idiot; blockhead; good-for-nothing; incapable person; (also in a figurative sense used in some places) clumsy person; person who oft. makes mistakes}:
