脊髓灰质炎jǐsuǐ huīzhìyán急性传染病,由病毒侵入血液循环系统引起,部分病毒可侵入神经系统。患者多为一至六岁儿童,主要症状是发热,全身不适,严重时肢体疼痛,发生瘫痪。通称小儿麻痹症。{poliomyelitis; polio; acute infectious disease, esp. of children, caused by a virus inflammation of the blood circulatory system.
