绿林lùlín西汉末年王匡、王凤等领导农民起义,聚集在绿林山(今湖北大洪山一带)。后来用‘绿林’泛指聚集山林反抗官府或抢劫财物的集团{In the declining years of the Western Han Dynasty, Wang Kuang and Wang Feng led a peasants' uprising and gathered their forces in the Lulin Mountains (around the Dahong Mountains in Hubei Province today). Hence the term ‘greenwood hero’, referring to people who gather in mountain forests to fight against the government or plunder valuables}:
