1.编织品或织布机上的纵线。{warp; a series of threads extended lengthwise in fabrics or in a loom}
2.假定的沿地球表面连接南北两极而跟赤道垂直的线。也叫子午线。国际上习惯用英国格林尼治天文台原址的子午线作本初子午线。{meridian (line); imaginary great circle passing through the two poles of the earth and intersecting the equator at right angles; internationally, the meridian line that passes through the former site of the Greenwich Observatory in Britain is customarily regarded as the prime meridian;}也叫also子午线{zǐwǔxiàn}。参看see【经度】{jīngdù}。 |
