1.债务人不能偿还债务时,法院根据本人或债权人的申请,做出裁定,把债务人的财产变价依法归还各债主,其不足之数不再偿付。{bankruptcy; judging of a court on the application of a person or his creditors when he is not able to repay his debt, according to which the debtor's properties are sold at current prices to repay the creditors and the rest of debt will not be repaid}
