疰zhù[疰夏](zhùxià)
1.〈中医Chin. med.〉指夏季长期发烧的病,患者多为小儿。多由排汗机能发生障碍引起。症状是持续发烧,食欲不振,消瘦,口渴,多尿,皮肤干热,天气愈热体温愈高等。{summer disease, usu. contracted by children, caused by malfunction of the sweat glands, whose symptoms are fever, loss of appetite, weight loss, thirst, polyuria, hot, dry skin, and body temperature that rises as the weather gets hotter}
