平行píngxíng
1.等级相同,没有隶属关系的{(of two or more organizations) at the same level, without one being subordinate to the other}:

2.两个平面或一个平面内的两条直线或一条直线与一个平面始终不能相交,叫做平行。{parallel; two straight lines on two planes, or on the same plane, or a straight line and a plane, that are equidistant and hence will never cross each other}
