中伏zhōngfú
1.夏至后的第四个庚日,是三伏的第二伏。{1st day of the 2nd of the three fu (the three 10-day hottest periods of the year), which starts from the 4th day of geng (day designated by combining the 7th of the 10 Heavenly Stems with one of the Earthly Branches) after the Summer Solstice}
