2.一齐，平排着 simultaneously; side by side：～驾齐驱 bìngjià-qíqū run neck and neck; keep abreast with sb/ ～肩作战 bìngjiān zuòzhàn fight side by side/ ～排坐着 bìngpái zuòzhe sit side by side
3.连词，表示进一层 conj. besides; furthermore：讨论～通过了这项议案 Tǎolùn bìng tōngguòle zhè xiàng yì'àn.
