尽（儘） jǐn

1.极，最 furthest; extreme：～底下 jǐn dǐxiɑ at the very bottom; the lowest part/ ～里头 jǐn lǐtou at the extreme inside; the innnermost part/ ～先录用 jǐnxiān lùyòng give sb priority in enrolment or employment
2.有多少用多少 to the greatest extent：～量 jǐnliàng to the best of one's ability; as far as possible/ ～着力气做 jǐnzhe lìqi zuò do (sth.) to the best of one's ability; do one's best ［尽管 -guǎn］1.连词，纵然，即使 conj. though; in spite of：～～他不接受这个意见，我还是要向他提 Jǐnguǎn tā bù jiēshòu zhège yìjiàn, wǒ háishi yào xiàng tā tí. Although he is unlikely to accept this suggestion, I will still put it forward (or let him know). 2.只管，不必顾虑 feel free to; not hesitate to：有话～～说吧 Yǒu huà jǐnguǎn shuō bɑ. Don't hesitate to speak up what you want to say.
